OUTREACH SERVICES:
STREET COACH - An intensive life and sports coaching programme delivered to groups of young people (aged 12-18) who are on the brink of permanent exclusion, who are NEET, who are in prison, and who are in pupil referral units.
Sample Impact: In 3 schools, number of exclusions dropped by 70% & young people’s attendance increased by 80%.

LIFE SKILLS TRAINING - Very engaging and interactive modules delivered to young people (aged 12-18) on subjects such as healthy living, sexual health, drugs & alcohol, gambling, success, crime & criminology, starting your own business etc in schools, prisons, PRUIS establishments and community centres.
Sample Impact: 80% decrease in youth led violent crime in
one area further to life skills training sessions delivered over 6 months.

YOUTH CLUBS - Dynamic, exciting and technologically up to date youth club sessions delivered in youth service, parish
council, college and community settings.
Sample Impact: A group of 20 hard to reach young people
came off the streets where they were smoking drugs and
causing a nuisance to elders in the community.

AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES - A wide range of programmes
delivered in youth clubs, community centres and colleges. Programmes are developed further to a needs assessment and
consultation in the area, and include street dance, urban music,
fitness, football, basketball, urban art etc.
Sample Impact: In one area, youth anti social behaviour
reduced from 95% to nil.

MEN BEHAVING DADLY - A rolling programme of activities
delivered to dads/male carers and their children up to the age
of 8. All sessions delivered by male workers. Currently delivered
in Aylesbury, Wycombe West, Wycombe East, Bedfont & Cranford.
Sample Impact: In one area an average of 14 dads attend every session, where they get a chance to socialise with other
fathers and learn new skills in a very relaxed and informal settings.
